This is a static website. It has no contact forms, no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. We only process personal data when you call us.

No cookies, no tracking

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or fingerprinting. All fonts, images and code are served from the website's own server. No third-party resources are loaded when you open the page.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Spaceship. Like every web server, the hosting server records technical data when a page is requested, such as the IP address, date and time, the requested file and the browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not evaluate these logs or combine them with other data. They are kept only as long as needed for security and then deleted.

When you contact us

When you call us, we process your name, phone number and the information you give us, to answer your request and, if you want to rent a flat, to prepare a tenancy agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete enquiry data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it, for example for tax records of a tenancy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability and to object to the processing. Contact us by phone to use these rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
